Bruce Cresson II purchased Bridgewood Properties in 2000 and has served as its owner and manager ever since. In addition to serving as Bridgewood’s broker, Bruce is a Certified General Appraiser who has performed real estate appraisals on all types of property for the better part of three decades. Jeanne Lehrmann, a Certified Residential Appraiser, is among the most experienced and well-qualified residential appraisers in the Central Texas area. Karie DeFrees has served as Bridgewood Properties’ administrative assistant for nearly fifteen years and helps to ensure that deadlines are met and that clients receive the high-quality product that they’ve come to expect. Collin Cresson, the newest member of the staff, is an appraiser trainee who is working to obtain his Certified General Appraiser’s license. His training has equipped him with the latest techniques in market research and appraisal methods.
