Collin Cresson

The latest addition to the Bridgewood Properties team, Collin Cresson represents a new generation in the appraisal industry.  Since entering the field in April of 2016, Collin has been trained in the latest techniques in the identification and quantification of trends in the Central Texas real estate market. Collin recognizes the growing presence of technology and computer-driven analytics in the real estate industry and utilizes both as assets that allow for the collection and interpretation of market data – indispensable in the real estate valuation process. Collin is now a licensed Certified General Appraiser.

In addition to this technical education, Collin received a lifelong, less-than-formal education in real estate from his father (and boss), Bruce Cresson II. Collin has seen firsthand the importance and impact of integrity, diligence, and intellect in professional practice and has committed himself to demonstrating the same qualities in all his endeavors.

A graduate of Lorena High School and Baylor University, Collin has lived in Central Texas his entire life and has been thrilled to see the Waco community grow and prosper as it has in recent years. Along with his wife, Mira (a lifelong Wacoan and English teacher at Lorena High School) and baby #1 (due Christmas 2018), Collin is active member of the Lorena and Waco communities.  An avid sports fan (and high school football official), you’ll find Collin and Mira wherever the Bears (and Leopards) are playing. A firm believer in Christ, Collin strives to live as Jesus lived.
